We look at your current QuickBooks Online file and accounts, see what is missing, and explain what needs to be done.
2. Scope and price
Cleanup and catch-up projects are quoted separately from monthly service. You know the scope and cost before work begins.
3. Catch-up
We categorize transactions, reconcile accounts month by month, and correct common issues.
4. Move to monthly
Once your books are current, we can keep them that way with ongoing monthly bookkeeping.

Yes. We review your existing setup and records first, then talk through what is needed.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. We focus on bookkeeping and organized records. Clean books can make tax preparation easier, but tax returns and tax advice should come from your qualified tax professional.
